I found IM 153-2 Order No. 153-2BA02-0XB0 broken so I order new part to change to fix problem. When I order supplier tell me 153-2BA02-0XB0 was obsolete so offer 153-2BA10-0XB0 instead.

 After I get part I test in work shop make hardware config in Step7 by config 153-2BA02-0XB0 but the hardware is 153-2BA10-0XB0. After down load  hardware config not found any problem.

When I try to use 153-2BA10-0XB0 in process found problem Profibus network not active.

Network in process is S7-400 redundant network, can it be root cause?

How can I fix problem by config 153-2BA10-0XB0 in hardware config instead 153-2BA02-0XB0

your new modul is full compatible to your old  but be careful with bus module!
