The usual way to purchase licenses for a Siemens software is to contact your nearest Siemens rep and ask him for a quote. Often they are able to help you in the selection of the correct version of the license you need for your project: number of concurrent licenses, optional software needed for specific configurations...

To locate your nearest Siemens rep, you could simply use the Contacts and Partners/Local Partners link at the right of this page, select your continent,  country and nearest large city where Siemens does business and call (or send an e-mail) them with the cntact information provided.

Alternatively, you could look at the Digital Grid website (Siemens' Smart Energy division, which develops and markets DIGSI 5 software and Siprotec 5 relays), and access their Online Shop link (you will need to register there before you can get some information.

Thanks for swift support, I need your support again in providing driver for 7SA522 relay  requested by  our customer ( Saudi Electricity company ( SEC)) for one of the relays installed at one of their projects.

I found the downloads available for the 7SA522 Siprotec relay iin the Digital Grid webpages; the Downloads tab gives access to firmware and device drivers.

I do not know exactly what your client is looking for; if you do not find in that webpage something to satisfy your client I suggest you contact the Energy division of Siemens directly, with pertinent details.
