Hi, We have three new Sinamics V70 - 6SL3210-5DE21-8UA0 and two new motors 1FL6096-1AC61-0LA1 + one new motor 1FL6096-1AC61-0LB1.... On one of the converters to which сonnected 1FL6096-1AC61-0LB1 appeared fault F52985. F52985” - Absolute encoder motor wrong The converter can not control the motor. Cause: • Motor ID is downloaded wrong during manufacture. • The software of the servo drive does not support the Motor ID. Remedy: • Update the software. • Use a correct absolute encoder motor. We connected this motor to another converter (through other cables) and this error appeared on another converter, This means that the cables and converters okay. My question is how to do Update the firmware, where can i download firmware (latest version), do I need SIEMENS SD card (order number: 6ES7954-8LB01-0AA0) or Can I do this through a laptop? How can I make the encoder diagnostics understand whether it is corrupted or not? If the encoder is damaged - can I order only the encoder and replace it myself? Is there an instruction for this? How to do update firmware? Which version sutable for this motor how can know? |
