Normally the FTA module doesn’t need a MMC card.

You need only a MMC card to log protocols (date and time, weight value, …).

The order number of the MMC card is: 7MH4900-2AY21

Hello kuttysk,

the FTA modules run without a MMC card since 2004.

You can’t use a MMC card to restore the parameter settings.

To restore the parameter settings you have to use:

- the Siwatool software (commands “Receive all data” and “Send all data”)

OR:

- the Step7-program (commands “649” (=Receive all data from the FTA to the Scale-DB) and “699” (=Send all data from the Scale-DB to the FTA)

Hello kuttysk,

You need only a MMC card if you have a scale for legal-for-trade.

In this case an inspector of the local authority seals the FTA and you have to log all weighings on a MMC card.

The configuration package 7MH4900-2AK01 is out-of-date.

The successor is 7MH4900-2AK02 and this configuration package works with SIWAREX FTA 7MH4900-2AA01.
