I assume your question is about tool management, you did not mention explicitly. Tool management is NC function, so all variables are available in NC, as NC system variable.

Particularly for monitoring data, they are stored in variable $TC_MOPx[int_toolno,edge_no]. Please check the meaning of $TC_MOP1...$TC_MOP15 is Tool Management Function Manual.

You have to use FB2 in order to read $TC_MOPx. The address of that variable can be found out with NC Var selector, compile until DB is generated. Use the start address of variable as pointer in FB2.

I believe it is not so easy. Normally you do not need to access these variables from PLC.
