Dear Expert

I'm facing a problem regarding backups of Smart1000IE HMI. I have a backup taken via prosave of HMI 1000IE product ID 6AV6648-0BE11-3AX0. But i need to restore that similar backup in 1000IE HMI with Product ID 6AV6648-0CE11-3AX0. Can't get through the communication phase with PC. Quick reply will be appreciated.
