NTFS Advanced Member Joined: 12/7/2011 Last visit: 1/27/2025 Posts: 39 Rating: (1)	Hi, I'm able to communitate with OPCUA to HMI Panel but my question is another. The program alarm messages from PLC to HMI are not Tags and I can not read them from OPCUA. How can read them ?

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/9/2026 Posts: 16629 Rating: (1944)	Hello The OPC Server of a Comfort Panel can only use Data Acceess (Tagvalues) and not Alarms and conditions. So only Tag value information can be accessed. If you get Program_alarm from your S71500 then you could use the OPC UA Server of the S71500. With a new FW like V2.9 also OPC UA A&C is supported and if your OPC UA Client also support it you can get the alarms directly from PLC. (Or as a workaround give the Alarms also in a DB as Tags to HMI, its not that smart but would also work) Bye Murof
