How to take the encoder signal (position) of DCM from r0482.20 and output this signal at digital output DO 1 ?

r482 contains number of pulses, it has unsigned32 data type, but not the binary. What do you want to output at digital output 1?

Hi,

I want to detect the distance of object (not accurate distance) that being moved by the motor.

So, after every x number of turn encoder, then i need a short pulse at digital output for external counter. This pulse should have a duty cycle of 1:1.

Motor max speed=3000rpm. Motor encoder, HTL,  2048pulses/rev.Motor only run at 1 rotation.

Example, now my encoder=2048 PPR, and after every 10 turn of the encoder, i need a pulse output to stay ON.

And then after another 10 turn of the encoder, then output will be OFF.

After the next 10 turn, then output ON again.

Possible ?

I had tried with r4653... but r4653 always show zero only....not like r0482 that will show encoder actual value....

Perhaps the r4653 value is always being reset and so it is always at zero...

p4652 is now set to "not active".

Any mistake i make ?

I had tested the suggestion given.

It does not work. 

The r4653 staill remain at zero even encoder is rotating and r0482 is showing the encoder value.

What else ?
