Line reactor

Do I understand correctly that for PM240-2 (FSD 30kW) not needed Line reactor?

Braking resistor

Do I understand correctly that  PM240-2 with integrated braking chopper and this means that there is a resistor inside, and if I do not have a lot of inertia internal resistor enough for braking, do not need an external resistor?

Output reactor

I will use a special cable

6FX5002-5CG23-1HA0  MOTOR SUPPLY CABLE, MC 500, FULL THREAD (FIXED MOUNTING) 4x16mm, 70m

for this length (70 meters) do I need Output reactor?

As concerned line reactors.

Some experienced people consider that line reactors are excess. If you have standard electrical grid at site, there's no need to have any line reactors. it's enough to have EMC filter only, that's all. The line reactors, they're basically marketing, in most cases.

As concerned output reactors.

In most cases, there's no need to have any output reactors at output of youre VFD. However, if you noticed such phenomenons like motor overheating or annoying sound of motor or you have long distance cable, or something else unusual or unexpected, so I would suggest to consider utilization of output reactors as a solution of eliminating of these phenomenons.

As concerned choppers.

The having of chopper option means that you have IGBT key to control external braking resistor, not more. In other words, you have to purchase external braking resistor and then the chopper function will allow VFD to use it during braking. There's no miracles in automation.
