Values from DB to wincc flexible?

When I change the value to the PLC, I want to transfer all values from DB (much value - about 9000 DINT and 9000 INT) to wincc flexible (in .csv or .txt files). Can anyone help me? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Tags order after logging tags on demand.
