TP1500 freezes sporadically

Zajo Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts, I have problems with one year old TP1500 comfort panel. Panel freezes after it was in screen save mode. Wavy Siemens flag form screen saver is gone, screen is completely black. This happens very sporadically, twice a day, ones a day or once a week. To get it to work again, I have to cycle power. I have tried factory reset with ProSave, but no improvement. Any suggestions what is the reason for such behavior? If it helps - there are three LEDs on PCB in top left corner. When panel is ok, only middle one shines amber. In freeze state, top one is green, middle one is amber and bottom one is red. BR, Zajo
