Hello all!

Does anybody maybe know, how to reset (the same thing as described for SINUMERIK 3T) SINUMERIK 810T? - what is the procedure?

Hi Dear 

  Do you have any backup, parameters related your system.

Because if you attempted the Master reset procedure you lost all  machine parameters/backup.

Please carefully read the above monition manual Chapter no 5.

thanks for your help!

I have all data on computer + on diskett, but I would not like to reset my 810T - "that hard"!

Last time we had a problem, that 810T didnt want to start - everything was off - even on electrical cabinet there were all lights off.

Then came one gay (electrical servis) and he reset the 810T - he pushed reset button on the back side of 810T (on the back side of monitor or on one card which is behinde the monitor ) and some other buttons on the front side of 810T - now I dont know whicht buttons are these which needs to be pushed! - after he did this reset, machine started working propperly - but we didnt load any parameters or data again - so there was no lost of paramterers or programs!

Only problem is, that this guy can come over next week, but I need machine urgently.

 If you have TEA1 and TEA2 ,i mean all backup then you need to read manual chapter 5 page 1 to 5-3 easy way or read posts of Sir Nulizangh in siemens forum. Other wise you attemp to  step to clean NC and PLC before you load/transfer TEA1,TEA2 and then PCP,

in Initial clear mode:

1st of all  machine data data (Forth soft kay) start on the left and press four soft-kay in total.after that

PLC Initial and NC DATA. set  5010,5011,5016 manully put by hand

,Download TEA1,TEA2 ,power off system and come back to initial clear mode, clear PLC Initial and NC DATA. set  5010,5011,5016 ,Downloading %PCP .

Its DIO still disapear, in transfer %PCP 

i hope you wiil solve your problem other wise i send you picture all procedure.

I have had problems like this before- th810/820 doesn't start up (or appear to start). some times the leds on the front flash, some times they don't

I have found that without doing a full hard reset power the machine up into initial clear. 

power the isolator on

press the service (eye) button and keep it held while you power the control on with the control on push button.

usually the machine will force into initial clear

without resetting anything exit initial clear- right most softkey

usually the NC starts

if this is not the case (but you can get into initial clear) you will need to hard reset and load all your saved data

Hello,

I reset and reload TEA1 and TEA2 and it seems that the parameteres are not complete or are some false.

So now we are really in d...s... now.

I will try to get someone who is also able to check paramteres and fix/rewrite them - in case of some mistakes in my backup files.

Backup was made in 2000, so it is possible that some parameters were changed.

            1. How you can verify that you reload TEA1 and TEA2 perfectly.

            2. Yes you can changed the parameters, which type function you feel wrong. 

    write down machine model type and maker complete detail. if possible we help you.
