I have a problem about V90 to control with IPOS.

I want to use just one direction and always same position,

DI1-SON

DI2-RESET

(CWL, CWWL AND EMGS ARE ALWAYS "SET TO 1")

DI3-P_TRG

DI4-POS1

DI5-REF

DI6-SREF

Also, Referencing mode: (1:External reference cam(signal ref) and zero mark) is selected.

I am setting high to DI1, and DI6 for referencing... But, it is not moving and it is giving alarm ("EPOS:STOP cam plus reached.")

When I set high to DI4 without reference, It is warning like this "zero point is not set"

Please check if you have set related parameters correctly.

P2604 = start direction of searching cam

P2605 = speed for searching cam

P2606 = Maximum distance for searching of cam

P2608 = speed for searching zero mark

p2609 = Maximum distance for searching zero mark

p2611 = Speed for searching reference point.

Most important signal CWL & CCWL should not be high. 

Please refer attached sheet about the signal sequence to understand external cam signal referencing better.
