Hi at all guys, i have a problem with the communication between HMI and SIMOTION and HMI and PLC.

2-3 days ago my boss said to me that is time to upgrade the PC HMI to Win7 (finally) so now i'm working on it but i have a problem i followed the same process that i have used for setting up the same PC with WinXP (so installed and configured OPC, WinCC Fexible 2008, and other programs) but when i've inserted the PC with Win 7 in the machine the result is that i can ping PLC and SIMOTION but i can't read nothing from PLC and SIMOTION so the value of the VARIABLES is #####

i've checkd the "connection" tab in WinCC and the "cable" is broken in the middle and said that is not connected.

please help
