I am new for this forum.

I am using sinamics v90 servo drive and i am getting F31101 fault  -  zero mark failed.

please help me to fix the problem.

F31101 - Zero mark failed alarm is related with encoder. Please check the encoder cable, its plug in connection, its shielding etc. etc. Or other wise the encoder could be faulty.

 I have replaced the encoder cable which is removed from other one which is working fine for the forward and rev operation.

Then i am getting same fault.

some times i getting F07452  - following error too high. 

I am using this for up/down operation.

Drive i am using is  - 6SL3210-5FB10-4UA1

Motor is - 1FL6034-2AF21-1AB1  ( WITH BRAKE) (the brake is released by the PLC D0)

After power cycled, i have switched on the motor,it is just jerked and gives fault.

I am facing the same problem. How did you solved the issue?

I have changed the cable and the encoder but I have the same problem F31130.
