Need to put alarms on the distributed Profinet IO to see when have one of module in error/ not communicating

hello, I am using Im151-8Pn and 7 distributed profinet IO(IM151-3PN). Complete program is made in TIA V14 i need to put alarms on the distributed Profinet IO to see when i have one of module in error/ not communicating i have try to use PNIODIAG but no succes. does somebody use function for TIA ?
