Under Tools> Parameter VM Mapping, you must select the desired parameter of the block and assign an address, e.g. VW0. In the LWE Editor, on the corresponding page, insert the Block "Scale Time" (under Others > Scale Time) and set the parameters under the properties of the scale time. See attachment.
