I have in total of 12 load cells

with 9 on them there is no problem but 3 of them respond in same manner.

With any of command i get response "DB_SCALE_WP321".s_IO_DATA.ERROR_CODE   5001

Meaning commands to go to service mode.

but running comand 2005 reads process value from that cells

Please advise on what to check.

So i made some progress

Found out that to some cells are somehow stuck on internal loop to read data with command 2032.

and FB321 is stuck in permanent read request mode , so there for i can't make write request to cell.

Will open FB321 and try to see where does this command come from. because all commands inside of DB321 meaning DBW 454, 458, 462 CMD 1,2,3 are all set to 0. Also TIA protal has been shut down to avoid getting commands form there.

If someone has any ideas please share them.

So for any commands form 0-99 they are written as 1 shoot. FB 321 automaticaly writes 2034 as current inside of db321.

Only commands that are not overwritten are 2000 + X commands

Other problem that i found was that since i use same FB and  DB to program all load cells there are some interferences when switching forom 1 load cell to other so i needed to download empty DB321 each time. Dont know if this somehow could have corrupted loadcell module.

Im out of ideas on what to try.

Problem solved.

Had last programmer left part of future addresses inside of PLC which overwrote part of output address of module . Module address was 837-852 for both I and Q and future address to be used was PQW840.

New question published by It_Is_I is split to a separate thread with the subject Siwarex WP321 with CPU 416-2dp - it is impossible to calibrate each of the cells separately.
