Please anyone tell me how i will rectify the issue.?

I am getting alarm in 802Dsl controller 

230042 : A_INF _02(0002); POWER UNIT FAN OPERATING TIME REACHED OR EXCEEDED

As per Docon CD,

I am entered to controller in expert mode, i am not getting parameter numbers P0251 and P0252. 

How i will resolve this issue? Please anyone help me..

Where did you check for the parameter (NCU/NX/Drive parameters)?

In drive MD i have checked the parameter.

Please tell me if maximum fan operating time is 500Hrs, then how the machine working for last 6-7 years without this alarm.?

I had a customer who did configurate only the value in the cu and the time is counted on working hours, I guess. 5 hours a day 5 days 25 times 40 would be nearly one year. But at the 840D sl there are more hours in this setting, I think.

We have 802D sl of same configuration,same year of manufacturing. This machine running of last 7 years. till now there is no error came on the controller.

When the counter will get reseted?

Set drive p0252 = 0 this will reset the counter.

Thanks for the valuable reply.

Problem resolved. Its was hardware problem. We have removed the Fan module, cleaned and re inserted. 

Now Alarm not present. Machine running OK condition.
