GSD File unkown when downloading to PLC

Kertvin Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Hello, I just encountered this type of problem, the scenario is that: 1. When downloaded to PLCSIM - GSD file has has no error 2. When downloaded to PLC - GSD file says "configured but not available" I have correctly installed the correct GSD file. I am using Step7 v5.5. I have attached the following for your reference. ChristophD Grandmaster Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 1/14/2026 Posts: 22800 Rating: (3073)	Hello, PLCSIM doesn't check the avaiabilit of decentral I/O, all decentral I/O give the state ok in PLCSIM. On the real PLC it can be that the slave is not found, then you should check the wiring and that the configured Adress is set correctly on the slave. Regards Christoph
