You should have post this in SINUMERIK CNC automation systems product conference wherein you would have received quick reply.

Have you checked the status of RDY & other LEDs on NCU. 7 segment display "F" indicates compact Flash Card is full. But this should goes OFF after 1 minute. Do you have USB boot disk? If yes try by booting from it. Check why your CF gets full.

we have NCU 720.2 in our 840d system ,When we start the machine after power off

got alarm of 120202 & NCU shows alarm display F what can be reason for that

 NCU displays F means CF card is full & may be because of which NC PLC communication could not be established. If you have USB bootable disk try to connect & check.
