i've old ET200s IM151-1STANDARD (6ES7 151-1AA02-0AB0) installed in WinLC RTX  and it's work properly. and then i bought another ET200s IM151-1 (6ES7 151-1AA02-0AB0) 6pcs but when i change old ET200s with new one, it's show error BUSF & EXTF. But the configuration is the same.

what about set proper DP address with DIP switches as is on old CPU? Also your diagnostic buffer shows some info about not same cfg.

I've set the dip switch, and it's same DP address.

actually that's what i wanna ask here, i don't know why it's show error EXTF & BUSF2. cause when the old ET200s work properly i just change it with new one, i didn't change the configuration.

hmmm looks like modules aren't full replace capable? You give info about same order number ...02... for both modules, is this correct? One is standard but other not from front side of module.
