WinCC 7.4 Audit trail - actions are logging every time I operate it , but not showing old value and new value

Hi all, I am using WinCC 7.4 Audit trail. I configured Simatic logon and necessary settings as per user manual. When I start runtime an ddo anny action like change any numeric input, it getting logged in Audit trail report for first time. When I am changing this input again, now its not logging. For button actions, actions are logging every time I operate it , but not showing old value and new value.
