please help,

  I have problem with siprotec 7sj804, when i try to open circuit breaker from relay it shows error

  (SW: 1 to n error?), i don't have problem with closing.

Split from Siprotec Compact 7SJ80 communication module problem.

i have the same issue, but after further investigation, this error means that the digital output used is active from another issue.

the best place to check is the IO masking table, check that digital BO there and see why it is active, and which service is using it and then after you disable it the switchgear can open without any problem.

i know it is and old post, but maybe my answer will help in similar cases.
