In PLC hardware configuration, drive address is wrong. Please check drive parameter no p918.1 where in you will find profibus address. Correct the same in PLC hardware project & download. Further more, Control word & status word are missing which you need to correct in PLC.

Yes I have corrected the address to 5 in the drive But the communication is still not working 

 Make sure you are talking about MASTERDRIVE CUVC, If yes, you need check P918=5,,, this parameter is Profibus address should be same as you setting in PLC Profibus Note

I need help to reconfigure the Drive parameters as someone has changed the parameters and it is not running anymore. This drive is not being used in any industrial application but as a training kit
