Im having issues with TP 1200 Comfort Panel.

There is a pop-up on my HMI screen which says that there is no license key: ProDiag for SIMATIC Comfort/Mobile Panels.

The key is that I'm not using a single functionality of ProDiag. There is zero ProDiag objects in my HMI project. I have already checked all the layers and elements of layout and I can assure you that there is no ProDiag in there.

Is there any way to disable/uninstall ProDiag in my HMI panel to get rid of this pop-up?

I have same problem here - I did not have that issue before, then I was updating some translations and sent project to client, who loaded it to panel. And now this licence window is popping out every now and then. I have recompiled the project several times, made factory reset and firmware update, but nothing helps. And I don't know what components I have to look for in my project, which require that licence.

did you have try to save the Project under a new Name?

Furthermore, close your hmi project and go to the Project Folder from your Project. There you will find an "IM" folder. Open this Folder and deleted all entries of them.

After then open the Project again and "rebuild all". Normaly, after then the Problem should be solved.

In my case there was a real reason: in Runtime settings -> Alarms I had a criteria analysis related settings selected. I removed these and it is back to normal.

for me is not working, I see that I have no criteria analysis selected, not GMP checked.

But, isn't working,

Using Tia portal V15, S7 1515 V2.5, comfort panel TP700

And I don't know how to make it working, I am only trying to use 1 supervision for test (<25)
