Dear everybody， i have meet a problem when i use PCS7.

I  have a multi project. the project have work well for years.  before I can archive the project, but in 2019.01.01 when i archive the project i have meet a fault.

 when i meet the fault i click ok button,  then open another dialog.

does any body have meet this fault.

OS:  Windows server 2003

PCS:  PCS7  V7.1 SP3

 Dear JazTai，the attachment picture show the software have installed in my system.

The project work well since it have built.  but in 2019.01.01 it work wrong.

I have no idea for why it works bad.

Let me try to help, 

1. try to check AMDBase.db in your project folder. All user projects in a multiproject should have a AMDBase.db. I have found this thread, hope it is helpful for you.

2. To create support request from Siemens, click here. Create Request 

They will guide you a proper way of doing it. 

3. If you would like to try it on your own, probably u can try to delete/modify the name see whether the system will generate a new one with 2019 timestamp. (Not Recommended doing so in real project)
