Update to latest possible firmware and download the project again from TIA Portal. You can find information hot-to-do-it with forum search: KTP firmware update

The place you can look is in: (when using default storage position) C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V14\Data\Hmi\Transfer\14.0.1\Images\KTP400 Or simply search in file explorer of Windows for the search terms: ktp400 kind:fwf Regards.
