Dear sir

In my industry, we have sinamics control unit CU240E-2 for 132kw blower motor. Whenever I have little power fluctuations my drive unit was immediately tripped. That time fault message was f30003 and f30002 was coming

For this issue which parameters need to check and adjust. Please suggest me.

The SINAMICS has two different VdcMaxMin Controller.

One for V/f and one for p1300>= 20.

 the setting of P1300 was 0..

Check value in p0210, p1254 & 1294.

If 1254 & 1294 = 0, set 1255 & 1295 = 1 sec.

Check value in p0210, p1254 & 1294.

If 1254 & 1294 = 0, set 1255 & 1295 = 1 sec.

 the values P0210 = 400

P1254 = 1

P1294 = 0

P1255 = 0 sec

P1295 = 0.5 sec.

These are the above values entered in my drive

Set 1254 & 1294 = 0. This will de-activate auto detection & p0210 will be checked.

P1255 & P1294 = 1 sec. So 1 sec time delay for threshold monitoring for DC link under/over voltage will be set. If DC link will be under/overvoltage depends upon supply line voltage & will activate if it is more than 1 sec.

What is mean by Braking chopper and braking resistor,what is the purpose to use this ?give me solution.

In my system sinamics g120 PM240,Control unit CU240E-2(order no:6SL3244-0BB12-1BA1) FOR 132Kw blower motor,for this braking chopper was needed ?

wheather power fluctuation will impact by braking chopper?

Breaking resistor - In case of regeneration i.e. braking/stoping/deaccleration of motor, energy from motor is fed back to drive (into DC bus) which causes DC bus voltage of drive to increase. In order to safe guard DC bus & other component, this DC voltage is either divereted or fed back either to AC main supply or is dropped across resistor. The resistors which are used to transfer this DC voltage into heat form are known as breaking resistors.

DC chopper is circuit which regulates/monitors flow of DC current thru breaking resistors & incase of any abnormalities, its potential free contacts change overs, which can be interfaced to drive or controller as feedback. 

In you case, please check the application & frequency of supply voltage fluctuations.

In my system below items was installed for 132 kw blower motor, please lookup it, 

For this system only, I have main power fluctuations happening for 4-5 times per day. Sometime 2 times happening.. But power fluctuations happening daily. 

I have 2 nos blower system both get tripped when power fluctuations happen. I need to adjust the some parameter which should not be trip. Also, my drive should not damage. 

Please sir give some suggestions...
