Sinamic S110 error F01002

Tikki Posts: 116 Rating: (2)	our customer had issue with Sinamic S110 drive alarm F30665 (SI MM: System is defective). they try with replacing CU305 DP. firmware of original CU305DP is V4.4. the new one's firmware V4.4.3 as the drive parameter is identical with other unit, we do upload parameter from other drive then upgrade firmware to V4.4.3 and download to new CU. download get error with P10 = 2 (Power unit commissioning). and it not able to quite this mode. We can't do factory setting and drive alarm F01002 (Internal software error). I'm waiting for customer to get back to their working time as we are 7 hrs time different. Today, we will try with replace with new power unit. but as error code does not tell anything relate to power section. I doubt if it will able to quite this mode. please, let me know for any suggestion.

Some general tips: You do not need to change the firmware to a newer version, you can downgrade the firmware as described in chapter 10.3.2. A firmware downgrade will always reset the drive to factory setting. Make sure that the connection betwwen PM and CU is fine. Connection problems during commissioning can interfere with Safety Integrated. please have a look at the function manual of S110: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/66206528, especially chapter 10.3.3. In case you are using Safety Integrated (as fault number F30665 indicates), please make sure that all the checksums are correct. It might be neccessary to go into safety commissioning. It could also be that the PM is defective because of p10 = 2

(we fixed issue by remote to customer's laptop and download parameter with Starter). Original project, we configure it with Scout and CU305 firmware 4.4. [snip]
