 Check NCMD35110 , and there are couple of MD related, starting from MD35000 all spindle related check one by one , if you check from HMI there will be help message

Have you configured your rotary axis and whether this running properly?

if it is running and when you're moving this in JOG mode with +  or  -  can you able see the sign display in the screen.

similarly you can command in which  direction you need you requirement....
