Hello everyone,

I have a similar situation : no Profinet communication between PLC and robot.

-robot  Fanuc R-30iA

-CP1604 v2.5, A05B-2500-J930 v2.5 mainboard A05B-2500-J930

-GSDML: GSDML-V2.25-Fanuc-J930-20120113.xml installed

-PLC : S7-300 319F-3 PN/DP v3.2

-switch: SCALANCE X216  16 ports.

The PING command to the IP of the robot works ,but the robot show up as offline in the online hardware config page. I am using Simatic Manager Step 7 V5.6 + SP2.

Any thoughts on this?

Fanuc also mounts Molex cards into their robots.
