jklm Posts: 1742 Rating: (309)	Hello, If the MMC wasn't empty (there was already a program in it), it is automatically transfered when you power up the PLC. There is no special handling for this. When you make only changes afterwards with your programming unit, they are written automatically to the MMC. This also happens automatically.

Arunakat1 Posts: 217 Rating: (52)	Dear ala Broth edr and Ayman are correct. There is another way if you had a siemens field PG you can read the MMC with it. Just insert the MMC in to card reader slot in PG go to file and open S7 memory card See the attachment But remember do not read your MMC card with normal card reader if you do that you have to through away your MMC. If you put MMC card into normal reader you just see nothing. Do not format the card with normal reader, because you can't get back to Siemens format. Reading the card will not damage it, but simply you can't "see" what to read.
