I see your post, you are very good at 820 system, and have all need SW / tools.

Not Aus is German --English means "Emergency off" alarm # 2000. PLC interface trig is Q78.1.

Q78.1 should be ="1" , then press reset signal needs send to Q82.6 , will clean E-Stop.

You mentioned M119.7 Not set to "1" , you need going to PLC user MD--User Bits, Find MD3003.7, set it =1, then recycle the power, If not other issue you may see alarm 2000 will be gone.

PS: I wonder why MD3003.7 is not set to "1", it is normally OEM tricky for machine user

Hi all! I'm stuck and I thought I'd ask for your help.
For some time now, among other activities, I have been trying
to "resuscitate" a CNC from Weiler, named UD 24 CNC.
According to the client, it did not work for a long time.
Prior to this rest, the machine was OK. The CNC is equipped
with a Siemens Sinumerik 820T controller.
After changing the battery behind the NC, I reset the PLC
and the NC, and through the WinPCIN software I uploaded the
TEA1, TEA2, PLC, PCA files. After this operation, I loaded
the S5 program via Step 5 (I have the .s5d file). I had some
problems with some software limits for axes, but I solved them.

At the moment I have an alarm, on the NC side, "2000 ORD 1
Not Aus". Regarding the PLC, all the DIs on the safety side
are OK. The PLC has a DO Q78.1 called NOT-AUS and I noticed
that this output is used several times in programmable logic.
The output is not active due to an M119.7 memory flag
(not written by the PLC).

The 2000 fault number, on the NC side, at Sinumerik 820D,
refers to a lack of communication between NC and PLC:
"PLC sign of life monitoring", but I did not find the parameter
MD10100 to check the time interval in which the two units
must communicate.

If you have ever had a similar situation, please advise
me what I could check next. At the moment I have run out of ideas.

Or as you KNOW 820M and S5, you can cancel M119.7 from PLC program and try to make machine running. 

PS: suggest you possible change 820 display language to English if you have GA3--find NCMD 250, set it to "1" cycle the power

Can you guide me where I can find the MD 3003 variable?

I tried in Diagnostic->PLC-MD but there are only the first 19 MDs.

I have inserted the "1111" password and  I tried to find it by tasting "MD 3003" and "MD3003", but without success.

Thanks again for your answears, I found the MD3003 and I have modified it. The output Q78.1 is on just a few seconds because an another error appears. Basically, just a few seconds after when the emergency stop output is ok, another error is triggered. The main issue is solved thanks to you.

If I will still need some help, I will bother you, but first I want to do some more research.
