Please check below points.

1. Have you replaced encoder by an exact equivalent type encoder? Please check both encoder article numbers.

2. What type of encoder is? Is it connected directly to motor module or connected via SMC? If via SMC, please check 24V DC supply of SMC & encoder connections.

3. Check motor power cable as one of fault indicates 1 phase is missing.

4. If all above points are ok, then to adopt changed zero reference mark value, increse SP1 axis p4680[0] value & check. Before it please note down original value. After successful operation, retain the original value.

Press SETUP horizontal softkey, in next page press MACHINE DATA key, next DRIVE MD key. Press + or - vertical soft key so that drive page will be changed. Press until you get AX:SP1 page. In this page press SEARCH softkey, in pop up window enter 4680 & press OK. p4680 will be displayed.

BTW please provide encoder details here, original as well as new one.

 I don't check all your post pages, But from your this picture--I see you mentioned is encoder reading head --it is NOT encoder (most people call it encoder ). I think that is for your spindle --possible "all-in-one" or call motor spindle. it use Heidenhain magnet encoder which installed on the spindle shaft. the picture you showing is the reader. Also you possible have 840D SL, you mentioned SMC convertor .

you need pay attention for user instruction to replace that reader, inside the packing box there is a gage (Alum or plastics) . you need use gage to install. encoder normally not defective the reader gap is very critical

This is encoder serial numbers. This is old one but we replaced new one the same serial numbers
