Good morning, 

The invertor has been changed and is running OK. The axis velocity alarm limit is currently set at 80 rpm but need to change it to 150 rpm.

If I run a program the alarm 025030 comes up when the encoder value goes above 80 rpm.

Alarm 25030 - Actual velocity alarm limit.

Is this alarm trigered after replacement of inverter?

Is this 80 RPM original value or modified? 

Have you studied machine geometry? Is it possible? Have you verified it? Have you refered OEM?

Is it 802D PL or SL? Please confirm, better attach snap shot of OP screen & article number of system, sticker is pasted on rear side of PCU.

r parameters are read only display parameters which cannot be set nor modified.

To restore machine back into operation, you will need back up data or else it is almost equal to re-commissioning job. Please contact OEM or machine builder & get job done. If not, get back up data from machine builder & restore it. To restore back up data you will need PG/PC with RS232 port + cable + WINPCIN software. It will be best way to restore machine back into operation, quickly.
