That happens with the configuration package CD with the order number: 7MH4683-3AA63 . On that configuration package CD, there exist the folder “SIWAREX-U-SETUP-FOR-STEP7” with a setup.exe file. This file needs to be executed when the Simatic Manager is closed. After executing that file, you can find the Siwarex U module as a function module (=SIMATIC 300 / FM-300 / weighing modules) in the hardware catalogue. This software runs only with the operating system Windows XP, not! with Windows Vista!!! Best regards Siwarexi

gazi Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear Answer from hotline; For the 7MH4601-1BA01 and 1AA01, you can use the configuration package 7MH4683-3BA63 for Vista Business, but the integration of the Siwarex U module into the hardware-catalogue is not workingwith Vista Business!There exist a Beta-software version for the integration of the Siwarex U module into the hardware-cataloguewith Vista Business, but this software is notreleased at the moment.Do you want to have that Beta-software version or do you want to wait a few months, until there exist an official software for Vista Business?
