The only solution I found was by creating a new S7_program folder and cut all charts+Blocks+sources to it. Then I deleted the existing, now empty program folder and inserted the new S7_program folder and renamed it to the old one.

You have saved my day.

Making new S7 Program and copying all Source, Block, Chart and Symbol table worked.

My project got compiled in first chance.

I had same issue with PCS7 V8.2 project with safety program.

It had to do something with runtime group editor, names, changing names of CFCs, deletion of CFC or something. Error 1739:20 start to popup with no apparent reason at all. Copy/paste of CFC or edit runtime group sequence was not possible.

Solution was to compile program, and to do "Delete empty runtime group" procedure from CFC editor. After that, everything was return to normal.
