Dear experts,

I am using PCS7 v7.1. I have one ESOS station & one Ref. OS Station. The Problem is when i open OS on ESOS Station I am able to operate the interlock button, whereas in Ref OS i am not able to operate the Interlock button. Both the system are having same software installed.

Please find the attached file for the same.

I dont know if u´r using APL´s Blocks. If yes, for exampleu should take a look under the tag that finishes like MotL.Protect#Jump or MotL.Interlock#Jump, that tag changes the behaviour of the interlock, protection and permission buttons on the faceplate.

And after that u´ll notice as well that the navigation using the faceplatesis done with Interlock.In01#Jump (that enables for example from the interlock faceplate go to that other APL block that is connected to that input)
Those internal tags should have values and u probally see the diference between the PC that is working and the one that is not.
I had this problem and that was the point.

You´ll find the tags in "WinCCExplorer>>Tag Management>>Internal Tags"

For example if you named your MotL block as Motor1, search in the internal tags folder for:
"*Motor1*#Jump" than u´ll find a lot of tags, there you´ll see the "*Motor1.Intlock#Jump" and if in the cfc block that input is interconected (.Intlock) the tag will have value. This value is the one that is used to enable the buttonand link the navigation.

When you compile your aplication this internal tags are filled with the value that enables the navigation. See if this tags have values in both pcs.
