Sinamics G130, CU320, AOP30 Fault F1910 PB Setpoint timeout in local operation with AOP30

Odin Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	I sure hope you can help me with this one. I have a setup with a G130, CU320 and AOP30 for local operation. Remote operation with PLC (317 2PN/DP). Problem is that with Profibus disconnected from CU320 local operation works fine. Profibus conected to CU320 causes a F1910 PROFIBUS: Setpoint Timeout. When AOP30 is set to remote (Local/Remote is lit) setpoint should come from AOP30 and ignore Profibus. Does anyone know how to fix this so that in local operation system only looks at AOP30. *edit: When PLC is in STOP, system does run as expected in local operation. Seems that if there is a Profibus master on the profibus, it expects a setpoint from the profibus master, but I want system to run in local operation from AOP30 with profibus master active. BO: Master Control active p0807 does go to 1 when AOP30 is set to local mode.

If you reset this fault the drive should run in local with no problems. If the fact that the fault is occuring in the first place is the problem, you can change F1910 into either an alarm or just amessage so you will not need to reset it at all. - P2118 & P2119

Hello, For example if you want to change F1910 to No Message then in p2118[0] set 1910 value & in p2119[0] set = 3 so that no message will be displayed or if you want to change F1910 to alarm then in p2118[0] set 1910 & in p2119[0] set = 2 so that F1910 will change to alarm & no necessary to acknowledge it. Hope this helps.
