Oscar_83PL Silver Member Joined: 10/22/2008 Last visit: 12/23/2025 Posts: 378 Rating: (5)	hello, First of all I will describe the system: There are 4 x PLC s7-300, they are connected with Prfibus-dp 4 x hmi. PLC and hmi pair is standalone system. Now I would like to set a PC with barcode scanner and label printer. THe PC should get information about scanned code and set all 4 PLC's with new parameters. After process cycle PLC should send info to PC about product and print label. My first idea was to have wincc flex on pc. Winccflex can get info from scanner to IO filed. But the problem is to print label because wincc flex does not support printing tags or i'am wrong? What else system should i consider? WinCC?, PCS7?

It was possible to use ptp connection with printer and print labels. Other question was to use 3 barcode scanners over profbus or profinet and get information to the plc or pc system. That was also possible to finish with usig PB and sick laser scanners. Thanks for any help.

That was also possible to finish with usig PB and sick laser scanners. Still Bar Code Reader with USB interface shall be the cost-effective solution in my opinion.

Thanks for any help. Is it possible to show my your programm to print from the plc i have olsow a task to dow this but it wount work what printer do you use? in what langaug? I am a student ant i do not now how i must do this. i want some help from poeple ho can do this.
