Negative Value in 4 AI TC Module - 6ES7 134 4JD00 0AB0

IYYAPPAN S Experienced Member Joined: 12/6/2006 Last visit: 12/12/2025 Posts: 92 Rating: (0)	Dear All, We are using 18 Nos of4 AI TC Module - 6ES7 134 4JD00 0AB0 for 36 Heater Zones, The Thermocouple we are using is J type Thermocouple with 2 Wires & No compensation has been used , I am receiving all the TC reading in negative and not correct one ( example : for the oven temperature 40 Deg Celsius it is displaying as -90 in PIW256 & for the same temperature in other Oven it is showing as -140 in PIW 280 ) , So please let me know how to overcome this problem of showing Negative Valve . Regards Iyyappan S Hello Iyyappan S, To start with wiring there http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/39147673 . Did you measured the mV on the output of thermocouples?
