Cannot download PLC to PLCSIM

AlexFizeau2018 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am new to Simenes software. I am supposed to simulate some program in S7 with PLCSIM. I have S7 v5.5+HF3 and PLCSIM v5.4+SP4. I have opened Simatic Manager, opened my program, run PLCSIM from S7 Manager. PC/PG Interface is set to PLCSIM(local) - shown also in the PLCSIM while it is open. But when I try to download my PLC program to PLCSIM CPU this cannot be done - I receive an error like the my PLC is trying to connect online, to its HW Configured PLC, not to my PLCSIM (although the interface settings are, as I said, looking good). Is there anything else I should do ? I have checked the help of PLCSIM and it looks like what I am doing is ok. Maybe the version of PLCSIM has some problems ? Thanks in advance.

AlexFizeau2018 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Many thanks for your consideration. It looks like it was working only over TCP/IP. Using PLCSIM(MPI) PC/PG Interface was also not working. I still don't understand, but I'm happy it is working now. Regards.
