How to open Smart 1000 WinCC Flexible Project

Is there a way to open and downloadwith this software Chinese HMI Siemens SimaticSmart 1000? I couldn't find anything about Siemens Simatic Smart 1000 or 700 on English Siemens site. On Chinese Siemens site (I can't read Chinese I used online translator)they say to open or create project I need:1. WinCCFlexible2008SP2China. 2. WinCCFlexible2008SP2update13 3. SmartPanelHSP 4. SmartPanelHSPupdate2 It looks like those Smart panel HSP can be installed only on WinCCFlexible2008SP2China. I even managed to install Smart Panel HSP on English WinCC Flexible by changing regional and language option /advance to Chinese and changing in registry edition of my WinCC Flexible to Chinese. Unfortunately after I open the project I have a message that says this device is not intended for my version of WinCC Flexible. My question is: Is there a way to open Smart 1000 or 700 with English WinCC Flexible? Kind regards
