Normally upto now I have seen all the LED Flashing means CPU is faulty, But I have not Seen All LED Glows Continuosly..... may be this is new case...

Hello, Can you please tell us how did you come across this problem? I mean is it a running PLC, some kind of power surge on the PLC? May be MMC is faulty. If you have spare MMC then try to replace and check it.

All LEDs light up continuously for about 5 seconds, after that just STOP and DC5V are lit. Just wondering if there is any MMC card inserting in your CPU? Kind regards, BV

AMAZINGAHMED Posts: 719 Rating: (88)	I once had that problem.I had a cpu connected to many others through ethernet. The cpu memory was almost full. I increased the communication load from 20% (default) to 50% from the hardware configuration and the problem is solved.
