I havea problem with Ultramat 23 analyzer. The analog output of the analyzer is connected to PCS7 system via analog input cards SM331. All four analog readings are ok in analyzer but it gives bad quality error (for second then return ok again)in pcs7 system while the reading are ok (no open loop values).I made test for the analog output of analyzer from its menu and measured with multi-meter and values are ok. Can you help me with this problem?

I use current 4-20 mA four wires. The reading was ok before but suddenly the problem occurred

Can you please confirm that those values are coming to CFC Charts to help you better???

you can check this in CH_AI block for those affected channels

because if Values are not coming to CFC then you might have to check other possible cause.
