op17 - how do I enter the file transfer mode to back up

Hello, For Download: Press ESC + UP key during booting the OP(i.e. press these two keys and then power the OP)to enter transfer mode. *If you pressed ESC once again, you will quit transfer mode.* For Over all reset Press ESC + Right + Down keysduring booting the OP(i.e. press these three keys and then power the OP)to complete reset the OP. And then a message of (ready for transfer) will appear on the OP. Hope this helps.

Do you have the original application SW? If yes, it will be better to migrate it to one of new Panels. Hope this helps.
