Client wants me to log values (like snapshots) of about 50 tags every hour. I decided to use real time clock on PLC side (they may change time intervals) and logging tags on demand with LogTag function on WinCC flexible side. I used 4 tags (16 instruction limit for one tag) and under each one I used 16 LogTag function for my logging. When values of the 4 tags change my all 50 tags will be saved on the USB flashdrive of MP377. So far I checked that with runtime. I change the value of all 4 tags at the same time to log all my tags.

Is there a better way to do this?

What must I do to save my tags in specific order? First tags from tag 1 then tags from tag 2 ect. I don’t know what parameter is responsible for logging order.

Is there a way to customize log save on USB stick in cvs format. Remove some columns add my own description to each tag. Now by default I have tag name, time, value, time in ms.
