Krsh Posts: 59 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have an MP370 order nr 6AV6-545-0DB10-0AX0 installed in the factory. The panel has installed a compact flash card. I need to extract from the HMI the alarm log but the problem is that i do not have the configuration project. As far as i know the panel is configured with Protool(i am not sure of this) but i do not have either the developement software nor the project(no connecting cables). What(do i need) can i do to extract the log file form the HMI? Thank you.

Krsh Posts: 59 Rating: (1)	Hello, I managed to backtransfer the project and to modify it offline according to customer requirements. Now i need to transfer the new project but to do that i need to update the OSystem. Before i can update the OSystem i need to back-up the licenses i have installed on the panel with AutomationLicenseManager.I have followed the instructions in the manual how to connect with the ALM software, but when i try to connect to the device i get the error in print screen(see attach).
