Frozen tags

Robin Dierick Posts: 24 Rating: (1)	We use a siemens HMI (6AG1647-0AG11-4AX0) combined with a cpu 315-2PN/DP (6ES7 315-2eh14-0AB0) connected via profinet (s7 connection). The problem we have is that sometimes Values on the HMI panel are frozen. Navigation between the screens still works. Is there any solution for this problem. wincc flexible 2008 sp2 thx Jakke

Scott Posts: 81 Rating: (9)	Jakke1, I would make the tags Acquisition cycle "Cyclic on Use". If they are Cyclic continuous it may not get to some of the tags in the 1 second scan. Also, check the diagnostics that all the tags are correct. maybe it is timing out on a bad tag? Good Luck,
